Physical fitness will be to the human body what fine tuning is usually to an engine. It is not much of a race, it is a pursuit. From its most basic meaning, fitness and health is a general state of excellent physical health. It is a foundation for a successful and long life.
Fitness and health is often measured by periodic assessments measuring strength, coordination, agility, endurance, and alpilean capsules flexibility. Physical fitness is the capacity of the heart, lungs, blood vessels, and muscle mass to function at maximum efficiency.
